1. Who we are

onurcando.com is operated by Onur CAN, an individual seller based in Bucak, Burdur, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Contact: can140318@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products — AI prompt kits, automation templates, printable art, 3D-print (STL) files, and guides — delivered as instant downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions and prices are shown on each product page before purchase.

3. Payments

Orders may be processed by our merchant of record and payment partners (including Paddle.com and Gumroad), which handle payment, applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax) and invoicing. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise; your bank may apply currency conversion.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link on-screen and/or by email. If you don't receive your download within one hour, contact us and we'll resend it.

5. License

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Products marked “commercial use” may be used in your own client work and end products. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves, whether free or paid.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked, for first-time purchases of any product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or website for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service. AI-related templates are provided as-is; outputs you generate with third-party AI tools are your responsibility.

8. Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Educational content is not financial, legal, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
