Refund Policy

If a digital product isn't what you expected, email can140318@gmail.com within 14 days of purchasewith your order email or receipt number, and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no justification required.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through the original payment provider (Paddle or Gumroad) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any download access or license keys for the refunded product are deactivated.

Fair-use limits

• The 14-day window applies to your first purchase of a given product.
• We may decline repeated refund requests that indicate abuse (e.g. purchasing, downloading and refunding many products in a pattern).
• Refunds requested after 14 days are handled case by case — write to us anyway.

EU/UK consumers

By completing a purchase of digital content with immediate delivery, you consent to instant access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content supplied is replaced by this policy — which offers the same 14-day window regardless.
